Overnight your case to New West Dental Ceramics using FedEx and pay just $9 each way ($18 round-trip per box; contiguous U.S. only). Rush service is available for most products, but must be prescheduled; call 800-321-1614 before the case is shipped. Time of case pickup and delivery may affect turnaround time.
Sending Casework To The Lab
Shipments typically arrive at the lab in two to five business days. We recommend sealing the case box. Then, affix our pre-paid Business Reply Mail label to the outside. These labels are provided at no charge from the lab.
Returning Casework To Your Office
Shipments will arrive at your office in two to five business days. Each shipment is barcoded with a tracking number to anticipate final arrival.

New West Dental Ceramics suggests that photos, slides, CDs or other materials be enclosed in separate plastic bags to secure contents.
