I’m a certified dental technician and have been a proud member of the team at New West Dental Lab since 2002. During my time here, I’ve worked as the production manager of the BruxZir® and quality control departments, as well as the overseer of all production processes on the lab floor. Today, I act as general manager of New West. I’m proud of everything my team accomplishes and the many ways in which we help our doctors change the lives of their patients.

I began working at New West in 2009 as a casting and pressing technician. Shortly thereafter, I was promoted to team lead, and then again to supervisor. Today, I’m in charge of the all-ceramics and CAD departments. In these roles, I oversee everything that happens at New West involving BruxZir Solid Zirconia and IPS e.max®, as well as the activities of the digital design team. I’m proud to be a part of serving our customers with the latest, most exciting developments in dental technology.
I began working at New West in 2004 as a member of the plaster department, where I eventually served as supervisor. From the moment I stepped into the lab, I’ve had a strong passion for implant technology, and I moved on to serve in the ceramics, casting and full-cast departments during my tenure. Today, I manage the lab’s implant department. Working at New West allows me to turn my passion into positive impact in the lives of our customers and their clients.
I started at New West Dental in 2010 as a member of the customer service team. Within a few years, I moved into a position as a technical advisor, which gave me wonderful background knowledge about all aspects of implants. By this point, I’d discovered that I had a true passion for training and sharing my knowledge. As of 2017, I’ve been the supervisor of both the customer service and the technical advisory departments. I’ve molded each and every call center agent into a technical advisor who’s ready to handle almost any technical call with confidence. My team of agents are at the heart of New West, bridging the gap between the customer and the technician.
