EndSnorZ Sleep Appliance

services-sleep-appliances-images-875x450-EndSnorZ

The EndSnorZ Sleep Appliance is a patient-specific, 3D-printed dental device that gently shifts the lower jaw forward in a therapeutic position during sleep. This forward position of the mandible stabilizes the airway, prevents the airway from collapsing, and leads to a decrease in snoring and mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea.

The appliance is designed with high-precision CAD technology and printed to the dentist’s scan of the patient’s bite. Each splint is produced with a scalloped edge to increase retention without contact with the sensitive gingival area. Adjustable in 0.5 mm increments over a 10 mm range, the finished device has exceptional fit and comfort, promoting a better night’s sleep and renewed energy during the day.

Silent Nite® Sleep Appliance

Silent Nite Sleep Appliance

Helping patients achieve a deeper, more satisfying night’s sleep, the Silent Nite® Sleep Appliance is flexible, thin and comfortable, and it exhibits documented clinical success in mitigating or preventing the disruptive, unhealthy effects of snoring and mild to moderate sleep apnea. The Silent Nite appliance is designed to gently shift the lower jaw forward in a therapeutic position during sleep, which activates the airway muscles and ligaments to prevent the airway from collapsing. Each Silent Nite case includes extra connectors, in various sizes, and an AM Aligner to aid patients in exercising and realigning the jaw after nighttime mandibular advancement.

AM Aligner is a product of Airway Management Inc.

EMA®

EMA

The EMA® (Elastic Mandibular Advancement) oral appliance is a patient-specific removable appliance created for the noninvasive treatment of snoring and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). The appliance is designed to both advance the mandible and open the bite to allow for less restricted airflow during sleep.

EMA devices help promote a deeper, more restful sleep by preventing snoring and relieving the symptoms of OSA. The EMA does not interfere with breathing through the mouth, even in cases of congested nasal passages. It has many options for advancement with nine strap lengths (13 mm–21 mm) and four different elastic tension options, indicated by color. The shorter the strap, the farther the mandible is advanced. The 36 different straps allow for the most effective repositioning of the jaw with maximum comfort. Due to the varying elastic bands, non-restricted lateral/protrusive movement is possible while wearing the device.

dreamTAP™

dreamTAP

The dreamTAP is among the TAP® family of appliances for the treatment of snoring and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). The Thornton Adjustable Positioner (TAP) is based on the same principle as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and is designed to keep the airway open to allow air to pass. A constricted or collapsed airway causes snoring and OSA.

Developed with advanced dental technology, the dreamTAP appliance reduces sleep apnea-associated health risks without the need for surgery, medications or other more cumbersome therapy. The dreamTAP holds the lower jaw in a forward position, maintaining a clear airway to reduce snoring and improve breathing. The dreamTAP features strong, biocompatible cobalt-chrome alloy (Co-Cr) hardware and has three hook sizes for increased range of adjustment. An adjustment key enables the patient to modify the lower jaw’s protrusion until a comfortable, effective position is achieved.

TAP® 3 TL

Tap 3TL

Helping patients who suffer from sleep-disordered breathing, the TAP® 3 TL is part of the TAP family of appliances for the treatment of snoring and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Based on the same principle as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), the TAP (Thornton Adjustable Positioner) was designed to keep the airway open to allow for air to pass. A constricted or collapsed airway causes snoring and OSA. The TAP device holds the lower jaw in a forward position, maintaining a clear airway to reduce snoring and improve breathing.

Fitting comfortably, the TAP 3 TL is designed to provide room for the tongue and allow the lips to close. An adjustment key enables the patient to adjust the protrusion of the lower jaw while wearing the device until a comfortable and effective position is achieved.
