Products You Can Prescribe with Confidence
Reliability for a Lifetime
BruxZir® Zirconia restorations prescribed through New West, including restorations over implants, are warranted for the life of the patient originally receiving the restoration from the date of placement. This warranty applies to some of our most popular offerings, including BruxZir Full-Strength Zirconia and BruxZir Esthetic Zirconia.
Custom implant abutments from New West are also warranted for the life of the patient, which includes the replacement of a New West device attached to an abutment.
All-Ceramics and PFMs
Outside of the BruxZir lifetime warranty, all-ceramic restorative solutions like IPS® e.max offer a seven-year warranty. This includes crowns, bridges and veneers.
Oral Appliances
Mandibular advancement devices like the new EndSnorZ™ Sleep Appliance and the Silent Nite® Sleep Appliance are warranted for up to two years if the appliance should experience a defect in materials or workmanship.

Additional Warranted Services
For all other dental devices, prescribers have up to 30 days to return the product if the failure is due to defects in materials or workmanship. Dentures, including screw-retained dentures but excluding immediate and provisional dentures, come with a one-year warranty. Dentists delivering provisional implant prostheses from New West have up to 60 days.
